Morning all - especially Phil on his return to cooler climes

Lovely sunny, warm morning here - but forecast to persist down tomorrow.
SWMBO has hopped off for her usual Thursday routine - wandering round the market and shops with two sisters (one if her's and mine!) - preceded by a visit to the Doctor who is investigating the pain behind her ear (NO - not me!!). Once she'd gone, I had a long leisurely shower without fear of interruption, hence my late appearance for breakfast.

Today's job - check that the caravan fridge is working on gas (never used that facility on the new 'van yet). As we'll be parked up overnight in a motorway service centre on the way to Devon, I need to keep stuff frozen for a few hours.

Wahay! Gasket set has landed, no idea what's happening with the antifreeze though

Still showing arrived at the Edinburgh DHL depot at 6:45 this morning. Might arrive today but its s0ds law it'll lie there and they'll try to deliver when I'm at the hospital tomorrow.

Evenin' all, What a day! Mam was told she could go home today from the hospital some time between 10am & Noon, I went to pick her up with dad after dinner & we were still waiting for the Doc to sign her off so to speak. 4pm came & went & still nothing

Dad needed to get back home so I told mam to ring me & I'll go back to Bolton to collect you.
