Fine, but cold today. Trying to pluck up courage to give car a wash, which it needs badly.

I'm not doing much today, lazyitus has set in I've got that big double glazed kitchen window to smash up and put in the recycle bin a bit at a time, probably take a 2/3 months to get rid of it as they only collect fortnightly nowadays.

I wasn't going to squeeze it into the car for fear of damaging it.
mmmmm - next week, I'll have 6 old interior doors to get rid of, and even in the Honda with the back seats flat, they'll be a tight fit. They are ancient Wimpey doors, a thin sliver of timber and tons of corrugated cardboard packing internally. I think I might attack them with a circular saw, cut them down into more manageable chunks, and take them to the local Council Tip - sorry - Recycling Centre

Mind you the sun has just poked through, and there is actually some warmth in it. The miniature dafs in the garden have popped out to say 'hello' to the sun too - is that an encouragement for me to do something out of doors?

I had to attack the UPVC window frame with a lump hammer to get it into more manageable pieces yesterday to take down the recycling place.

I've made the mistake before of trying to squeeze big things into small places.
