Sill damage caused by garage?

Had my car Mot'd on Wednesday and had 2 new tyres fitted at same garage.

However, today I spotted a lovely dent and 5 inch scrape on the front nearside sill. The damage is too low to be caused by another car. I have seen on here that other people have had their sills damaged by the garage using the raising ramps.

I wasn't able to check the car as SWMBO picked it up from MOT as I was at work. She doesn't know every single blemish on my car as I do so can't blame her for not seeing it.

So, I am gonna call into the garage first thing in the morning and see what they have to say for themselves.
