Any German speakers out there bitte?

There seem to be several sources for spares out there, and for some parts such as Webasto heaters the best source is Germany.

I have done several transactions with Germans and have noticed a strong resistance to using PayPal as they favour bank transfers. I have also noticed that to do a transfer some UK banks require the sellers address, whereas in Germany this is not required.

So, unable to speak more that "kann ich haben einen Mac Menu", I struggle.

Is there anyone on this forum prepared to translate a few generic questions that would help people buy from Germany?

For example:

do you accept PayPal?
Do you ship to the UK?
How much to ship to the UK?
Is that the RARE cup holder or are you fibbing?

I'm sure there are a few other ommon statements to be thought through, but it's a starter.

Have you tried a translator like Babelfish?

I know the translations may not be great, but the message should get across.

We have several German speaking members, I'm sure they will be of assistance when they log on. Juergen is on most nights, Gert is on quite often these guys are part of the team that run Club75.

I am not German but with the right amount of beer I speak it like a native.

"flunkernd" Ummm, yeah right! But, apart from that, not a bad effort by BF. Makes a change!
