KV6 cam belt replacement question
Hi - I have replaced the front cam belt, and the left hand rear belt, but can't seem to get the cover off (bolts already removed) the right hand rear belt. Can this be done without removing the inlet manifold? If yes - any tips on how to do this would be great. Many thanks.

I removed the manifold chamber (the black plastic moulding) which greatly assisted access. Have you removed the battery and its box? I also had to move a piece of heatshield which was secured to the RH rear belt cover.

I really don't think I would try to do it without removing the upper inlet manifold . Access would be awful

I agree, the time it takes to remove the battery and the intake plenum is time well spent. The right rear belt is enough of a reach when it's out in the open never mind being hidden behind the throttle body.
