Default Castle Howard Fathers Day Rally

Just a quick update the event is taking place on Sunday 18 June 2017 at the world Famous Castle Howard, which is where they filmed Brideshead re-visited, we have not been to this location before, and as far as I am aware the format of the day, will be very similar to the meets which we did at Harewood, with around 1000+ vehicles in attendance

This is the booking form for 2017, which I will complete and send off, then on the day will hand over tickets to those attending

http://www.jpeventsnorth.co.uk/yp/ev...oking-Form.pdf

The cost of entry will be:

First 10 cars @ £6, and then every subsequent car will be £4, but the plan will be to charge £5 for every car with upto 5 passengers, that way it works out fairly for all attending

Your entry Fee includes:

  • Castle Howard Grounds and Adventure Playground
  • Full Arena events Programme (
  • Commemorative Plaques for all exhibitors
  • Prizes for each class including best in show
  • Childrens fairground plus other entertainment
  • Trade Stands
  • Full catering and bar facilities
We will need to have our application form into the organisors by no later than 2 Jun, so that we get tickets sent to us, which will be issued

Stu

and some photo's from the thread last time we attended at harewood

Default Castle Howard Fathers Day Rally

Just an update, thanks to Ricardo65, we have found a meeting place that we can all meet at before we travel onward to the show, and the location of the show will be

The Highwaymans Café located on the A64

https://www.google.co.uk/maps/@54.00...-1.0149722,17z

and the plan will be to meet at the location at around 0815-0830 hrs and then depart as a group at 0845 hrs and travel to Castle Howard which is around 10 miles further north

The plan will be to hand over tickets at this location, then travel to show, park up and enjoy the whole day

Stu

Hopefully can now bring the launch car - just got to get the ok from my daughter to be able to transport my grandson in the boot ( don't want him putting fingerprints on the windows!! ).
