Just an update for everybody, have spoken to MG Northumbria rep this evening, and we will be allocated a colour coded class for the car club, so that when they do the judging for modern classes, it will be easier for them to identify what class our cars will be in, and so far we have 19 members attending and a space will be allocated based on the final numbers which have been sent in

So on your door mirror will be a colour coded sticker to help the organisers of this show.

So when we get to our final meeting location, can you please add the sticker (which I will give you) to your door mirror, and at the end of the day, just take if off

Joking aside, I have now received the parking passes for the show and will pass them onto members who have registered for the show. We have been allocated (Red C2) for our club stand

Just as an update to the show which is a week on Sunday, I have received the windscreen parking passes for all members, and if you are planning on going straight to the show and not meeting at any of the two meeting points on way to meeting, then can you send me your postal address, and I can send you the permit which you need to display on your rear view mirror

The plan for the meeting is:

Meet at the Metro Centre (outside McDonalds) at 0815 hrs and depart at 0830 hrs

then we will travel up to Throckley at meet any other members at around 0845 hrs at this location

then we should depart at 0900 hrs and travel in convoy along A69, going via the riding mill and hopefully arrive at around 0940 hrs all being well

Once we arrive we should the park up, and then during the course of the day enjoy the show

I am trying to think of a theme for prizes, which I will sort out for the day
