At 5' 10" and a touch under 14 stone, I'm classed as overweight - not far from obese
Apparently a healthy weight for someone of my height is between 9st 5lbs and 12st 4lbs

Pair of lightweights Derek I reckon my legs probably weigh more than you do

6' 0" and 19 stone 6lbs for me, but to be fair even when I'm slim I'm still heavy. I definitely don't look like I'm nearly 20 stone

My weight is fine, I'm just not tall enough.

That's saved me a trip, just had a phone call from the doc re the report from the cardiology appointment. He suggested I stop taking the simvastatin and see if the nausea and muscle pains stop, told him I haven't taken it for a couple of days and they have! He's sending a prescription for rosuvastatin to the pharmacist.

Evenin' all, I got a letter from Virgin media telling me this area is having major work done on the 26th Oct & the broadband will be down....it doesn't say when it will be back on though . Still a foul weather day here, it's horrible.

I cant believe it's been 12 months since I joined the club, just re-newed my subs so you'll have to put up with me for another 12 months at least

Just had Poached haddock, mash, broccoli, cabbage, & carrots for tea tonight.
