Default Camshaft Sensor

To solve my intermittent starting issues (will start from cold, but if started then turned off for 20 minutes will not start) i have narrowed down to camshaft sensor (engine turns over regardless)

Now the part from rimmers is

NSC000310 - £68.60

But i have been told that the Landrover part with KV6 engine will also fit;

NSC000310L - £37.22

is that true?

If so can i use with MG Rover Link Lead?

YSB002450 - £7.01

Car is Mg ZT 190 2001 thanks all!

L on the end of a part number is indeed the same part.

Just look at the power VIS
MKE100102, stick an L on the end and see the difference in price for the same part.

I would assume the link lead is the same also

just for anyone reading, for future reference, the parts i bought in post 1 all fitted fine with no modification needed. dont forget to remove the old o ring seal before fitting new camshaft sensor. From testing this morning car has started every time now from warm.
