I have a number of dings in mine which I'd love to get rid of but can't afford at £X per ding. I wondered whether we could get someone to do the jobs at Cosford but didn't appreciate the rules on trade stands etc.
Do any of you guys reckon it would be worth trying to get us 'dented ones' to a common location to negotiate a price for a days dent removal. Maybe a halfords or alike? May well be a pants idea as I haven't investigated this? |

On Topic please.
I have removed 19 posts from this thread, none of which had any direct bearing on the point of the thread or the main thrust of the thread. ie where to get a dent repaired. If you wish to take this further then do it in PM, either between yourselves or with me.
I am sure we all feel for the OP and for my part I am glad said object thrown from bridge did not hit the screen and cause a serious accident. Metal can be repaired. Paintless dent removal, is the way to go if the paint is undamaged. They will not offer to repair if the paint is damaged. They usually charge per panel, so if you have multiple dents on one panel then you should be subject to a single charge for the panel. As a guide. £50.00 per panel, £75.00 for multiple dents on a panel, providing it is not a double skinned area. That is what I paid last time and there is no sign that any damage was ever there. Please keep this on topic. Thank you. |
