Good morning everyone, another frosty start to the day here in Norfolk.

Not doing much today,I need to plan better,as I get a bit down without my best friend.

The traffic is really heavy going into Manchester & I haven't missed the rush hour traffic one bit since retiring.

Good morning Ian, the very best for the visit to Christie’s and with the micro enema. I had daily micro enemas for a month post op and the hardest part was keeping the enema liquid in which I managed to do for around 20 minutes. They are only little but they do work, be brave

Well yesterday we had a slight warmer day,, and it got a bit warmer and the frost on the ground started to melt. It’s supposed to be a bit warmer from tomorrow and the weekend to get rid of the snow and frost.

Not yet, I know when we used to meet now and then he was quite a difficult person to get hold of the phone was always switched off , but I still hope to meet him if I get to start driving I had.
I’m still waiting for the operation for my cranial, it was going to be last year, but the doctor who was going to operate has now gone on the sick for a long time.
I believe had went off because of the state of hospitals because of the NHS.

Brrr! It's going really parky out there now the light is fading so the central heating is on. Poached cod fillets in seasoned milk & I'll make a mustard butter sauce with herby potato wedgies for tea tonight.
