Default V8 vs Facelift bumper

Are there any differences between the mounting points for the V8 bumper as opposed to the facelift bumper? Also, will I need to replace anything behind the bumper? Lastly, can I still get the screws that hold the grilles in place?
Ta muchly!

The only parts that are diffrent will be the wheel arch liners, but i still have my mk1's on but leaves a small gap at the bottom,

Other than the foam pad it fits the same,

The screws your on about?

The only screws i have that hold the chrome bit on is small bits of studding glued on the back that go in the bumper with a nut the other end,

8mm studding,
