Businesses and Vans cannot normally dispose of rubbish legally at any Council tips and recycling centres any more,
they have to pay.
So they now dump instead.

Yep, those rules apply locally here too - individuals have even been turned away in signwritten hire vans on the assumption that they could be trade . . .

For thirteen years I had a Nissan Sunny van, no sign writing, just my personal choice of transport. Every time the staff changed at the tip I had to prove that I did not have a business.

Also you have to pay commercial van rates to cross the Severn bridges to get into Wales!!!...
