Default Scientists are using their time well!

Scientists in Richmond US have taught 17 rats to drive small electric "cars" and found it makes them more relaxed! They said that the findings could prove useful for future research into treatments for different psychiatric conditions . . . . err . . . . ok

This was shown on the TV yesterday and the reporter said that the scientists had discovered that the passenger rats were more stressed than the driver rats. Well that's nothing new, wouldn't take experiments on rats to work that out.

An odd experiment. When I watched it, the driver rats can see their treat, the bait. They then move towards it in the "car" which then rolls towards it. Logical.

My interest is not in the experiments but in who pays for these things.---

Probably us lot in a round-about way.----

Did the cars have real wood dash and beige leather seats. Find this relaxes me.

Rev
There seems to be quite a lot of nearly new Mercs and Audis being drive around here with no licence, tax or insurance!

Never any police patrol cars to pull them up.
