Some good suggestions so far!

The Plymouth Superbird (with a 426 Hemi and a stick shift) would be fairly high on the list, as would an original McLaren and a Veyron!

As I've always had a soft spot for Mustangs, I would have to add a '69 428 Super Cobra Jet (with Shaker scoop Ram-Air, 9" Rear end with a locker and 3:50 gears) GT Fastback, a '69 Boss 429 and a '69 Shelby GT500 Convertible!
