Flash Files - how to cut and paste ?

Does anyone know how i can cut and paste a link from my PC to this forum for a Macromedia Flash file version 4.0.7.0.

Its a Xmas card like the one Stocktake has already posted but i cannot work out how to do it ? File size is only 471kb

Don't know for sure Rob, but I'm guessing you'll need to upload it to some webspace, either your own, or check out the free image hosting sites, see if they can host that format for you.

If you can't work out how to do it, I'll let you have the members address and you can post it out to them, there's only 5311 to post out

Can we get this straight for my feeble brain please.
Have you downloaded the file to your PC from a web site? If so just copy the address of that page and paste it into a post.
Did you create the file yourself? If so and it only resides on your PC then it will have to be uploaded to a hosting service or posted on Utube or the like, then that address can be copy pasted into a post.
If you are continuing to have a problem then If you email me the file I can host it for you.

I received it via e mail a few years ago, so saved it to my PC and since deleted the e mail so i guess i need the hosting route, tried photobucket but it does not recognise the file when i try to upload, do you know any free hosting sites for this type of file, if so i will do it myself otherwise glad to send it to you GG via e mail.
