AOL connection Error Code

Hi Guys

My mother-in-laws computer has started to get and error code on AOL when she goes to connect to AOL

The code is
AC-3100 0X84008503

Can anyone point me in the right direction where i can find what the code means or has someone else had the same error code and cured the problem

The most common cure for connection problems on AOL is -- Unplug your modem, wait 20 seconds, plug it back in, then try again, that normally works.
