Default V6 and autobox left hooker ito RHD

Apart from the obvious (exhausts and stuff) does anyone know if there are any major problems fitting an autobox and the v6 engine into a RHD car form a LHD, I presume rover would have not had the money to re-invent this lump for a LHD vehicle but you can never tell? mines a 2005 auyo the donor is a 2001 autoboth 2.5ltr

Engine bay should be the same, just interior differences; dash area AFAIK.

Yes thanks I figured that just thought I would ask before getting the car you never know, also do you know if the centre part of the dash is the same shape across the board conni /ztt as the car I am looking at has loads of spec, tv and stuff , apparently it was a rover press car brought back from Belgium so has all the goodies on it
