Default Electric window rattle

Hi all, i have a problem with the electric window on the front passenger door of my 75. There is a loud rattle which goes away when the window is slightly dropped. When the door is closed it works fine but when the door is opened and closed again the same problem is back. Also when the door closes the rattle is there. I think the doorcard needs to come off to investigate. Has anyone else had this problem?
Thanks
Colin.

It's probably the button which pops up when unlocked, & goes down when locked. Try a straw from Maccy d's over it, usually cures the problem

Hi ronnie its not that i dont think it sounds like something is loose inside the door and i forgot to mention sometimes the window goes all the way to the top and sometimes it stops a few cms short and i have to click it about 5 times to get it to the top.

Both my front windows rattled, eliminated by dropping the window glass 1/2 inch. Cured by replacing both window guides.

I found the cause of the rattle the mechanism worked loose in the door cured by a quick nip up. Rattle free now. My problem now is the window doesnt go all the way to the top since i fitted a new door. The door was bear so i had to fit all my door internals and glass from old door into new door.
