Sorry that isn't true. You can only put a dated (either letter based date or number based date) plate on a car of the same date base (in this case 55) or newer.

You can make your vehicle look as old as you wish but you can not make it look newer than it actually is i.e. You cannot put a Y registration number on a T registered vehicle but you could choose any prefix from an A to a T.

Default Old Cars...

So, are there any old R75 or Zt's left at longbridge?, is this where the yard so to speake now is?

I did have a trip there a few weeks back about 11pm, all quiet, didnt see any cars about apart from one at the gatehouse parked up, no registration on, it was a prefacelift ZT....no idea how old she is?

Would love to have a tour around the MG plant now since it has been took over...Would love to see them old one left in the scrap yard...

The bulk of cars have long since been crushed.
