Right, No one can go outside, unless they need to go outside, if they are inside. If a person is inside, and they need to go outside, they must check the outside, from the inside, before going outside. Once outside, they must keep their distance from people already on the outside. This could mean a stranger, or someone that looks like a stranger, you don't actually know. Being outside, is dangerous, if you have been inside, for a long time, and haven't been outside, don't go outside, unless you can stay inside. Is that clear?...Good.
Right, who's for throwing used car parts at passing strangers?
