Default wheel/suspension has developed 'a clunk'

My front drivers side (i think) wheel/suspension has developed 'a clunk'
when it hits a bump - wouldn't sound untoward except it never used to and the other side doesn't

The cars not done 24K yet so I cant imagine what could wear out in that time? - also had interim service last month but no early signs reported

I cant help thinking lot road ramps haven't helped

Any ideas what it might be?

It's very noticable (more clunky) from cold start and tapers out

Hi jethrouk
have you checked the following wheel bearings, suspension ball joint, or the mountings from memory i think the upper bump stop rubber is a problem? or even anti roll bush. good luck anyway

despite your low milage i rekon its going to be the ball joint(new wishbone reqd)perhaps the rubber gaiter is split and has allowed the greaseout/dirt in.
the other cheap/quick fix is the roll bar drop link but sods law says its going to be the more expensive option.
