Would Toaf work on a tablet as I can attach a USB stick to my tablet via a micro/normal cable?

Then access extra files through ES File Explorer on the USB stick.

In theory, yes, if your tablet runs windows.

If it's running any other OS, then very doubtful as toaf was written for windows.

It's Android.

I bought a Hudl a couple of years ago but Tesco's support for it died as they stopped making them.
So I found out how to access the software and got rid of all the unnecessary files by installing an App.
Now I can update it and do all the things I couldn't do before.

If not I will look for a program similar to Wine as Android is a Linux based system.

I don't run Windows, but I have successfully installed and run TOAF on Linux using Wine. In fact I enabled dim-dip with it yesterday!

Wine is also available (although in what state I don't know) for Android, so you might be able to fudge it that way.

Alternatively, 'Crossover' might also work.

I've just had a look at Crossover except you must have an Intel processor and be running Android 5.1xxxx and above.
Sadly my processor isn't an Intel.

Looks like my only alternative is to buy a windows based tablet or is it?

It seems I can convert Android to Linux as I have rooted my tablet.
See here; http://www.linux-magazine.com/Online...evice-to-Linux

But first I will look into the Wine option and see if that is possible.
