I really thought aside from red herring wheel trims, this would have been easier. Perhaps I am biased as I had one, and a friend had one almost identical to this including the rust patch lol

Perhaps its roofline will help? Though remember, it is make model and range designation/name (eg L, GL, GLS, Highline, Trendline, Classic etc)
