Good morning Freddie, the last update said he was to have a brain scan to see if there was a reason for how Derek was. I have Lilian’s number but it’s hugely expensive for me to ring on pay-as-you-go from Cape Town. Sometimes no news is good news. I know Lilian likes to get calls from us asking after him. What do you think?

I'm afraid so Phil.

I've cancelled my visit to Caister Norfolk as it's a 3 hour round trip. Normally I stay on the boat when I do that one but no way am I going to do that today.

So I'm just doing three visits in Ipswich, hopefully home by lunchtime.
