Not misery but
Well, not despair but a bit disappointed in the way we played. Congratulations to St Johnstone it was just meant to be this year. I remember how incredible it feels to win it for the first time. They will have a great weekend.
Our kids just ran out of steam towards the end of the season as they did at Christmas. They will be back... Glad that Arsenal finally got silverware today. I like the way Wenger's team plays. Been a long wait for them. Chris |

It was a good game..St Johnstone deserved the win, the Dundee United goalie was a bit unlucky at the second saints goal, but breaks either go for or against you.

Although
Although I wish it hadn't been against us I am pleased for Geoff Brown and his son as he has run his club the correct way for years. They don't have or have had bank debt and have never gambled with their clubs future by getting into very big debt like most of us have done. Some of us have taken a long time to get out of it, others have been unable to. I remember being at a meeting that Geoff Brown was at 10 years ago and he said publickly that what happened to Hearts , Dunfermline, Dundee, Motherwell and ultimately Rangers was going to. Pity more had not listened. He was spot on.
By the way George I include my team in this as at one point we were 7 million in debt and that was very stupid! Fortunately we got out of it. Anyway....off to a darkened room .....and not looking forward to Monday as I am at my Perth School. Eeeeek. The kids will have a great time at my expense! Chris |

The Saints deserved it, throughout the cup they have been very good. WE were well beaten in the semi due to some great tactical changes, hats off to them! Just glad we got the League cup this year!
