Default Loose trim

This window trim of the drives side won't stay put, any ideas why. Do I need a replacement? Or am I missing something.

Just an irritation every time I look in the mirror

Mine has the exact same problem, going to use clear silicone on mine to hold it in place when we get a dry day..

Why are you worrying?
I'm sure when you turn the car unto it's wheels, the trim will fall in place.!

On the flip side (sorry!) does anybody know how they are attached and how to remove them without damage?

Gives you a new perspective on life!

If they are anything like most I have seen, they have clips along the length, that grab the top part of the door skin.

Usually roll the window down and give it (the list) a smart jab with a flat hand. Often placing a flat piece of wood on the list will help with distributing the force evenly, chances are they will seat again.

But the water collects in the plenum if I park it on its wheels, I have to put it this way up when it rains, otherwise the ecu gets wet
