Well, by eating "conservatively" over the last year, or so, I have lost 3.5 stone

No real change in type of intake, but reduced the amount and now feel better

I still have a fried breakfast of ....eggs, fried bread, bacon & mushrooms Standard breakfast since as far back as I can remember No baked beans though....

The only time I treat myself to a full breakfast is when I attend the Midlands Nano meets

Well against all expectations i lost 3 lbs .


Well pleased.

This means on average i am losing a pound a week and thats the target i set myself.

And i got the chips urge off my back ...

Another week another pound .

Happy with that.

Could be in trouble next week as i,m on holiday.

Loads of temptation that will be hard to resist .

I'm now wearing braces to keep my strides up. This dieting thing is OK when you put your mind to it. Mind, the only six pack I am ever going to have will be from the Off License But I can live with that
