I wish to join the Blubber club, i will get myself weighed later today then start my diet...i'm scared to estimate my weight, but by joining the Blubber club i hope to lose a few stone.

I started by cutting out carry out food and all chocolate and cakes n biscuits, good luck mate and go easy at first .

Just enjoying a cup of the soup and marmite on toast (no butter!) at this very moment.

My problem is away work, and I do a fair bit of it. I can eat pretty healthily at home and keep the alcohol intake down, but life on the road ain't so easy.
