Ployer Momo bird good quality build 9.7 ips screen doesn't have gps or Bluetooth though, for browser it is best using opera mobile set to ask for desktop site. there's a new version version due apparently called the momo speed could be even better

I've got the Bird11 from gtrelectronics.co.uk. Great tablet, does everything we need. The kids love it and find it very easy to use. It has a usb port so transferring files is easy, beats the ipad for that, and has a slot for a mini sd card, so another 32g storage there.

For browsing, try Puffin, it's very quick.

Just got one myself at the weekend. I'm no gadget guy and for casual use this will do me fine but there are limitations - just found out that downloading films and playing through the TV via HDMI may be a problem . Apps? - a heck of a lot of them are junk anyway. I'm not into games but the kids have had a great time playing them on the TV via the link and the picture quality is excellent. I believe that BB are clearing the decks of all their current stock before the launch of their new tablet so these deals will not last long. Apparently there's no real need to have anti-virus software 'cos the platform is unlikely to be attacked unlike standard Android tablets. A bit like Apple was considered more secure as most viral attacks were focused on Microsoft - but hey what do I know...
