Styling is certainly..........well someone must like it, however to drive it.......well it drives, how do you say?? It definitely is a car which will cause headaches as it ages, but as a driving experience, it is very rewarding. Beats the pants off any R40 variant I've ever driven, and makes me wonder what might have been, if the tie up with Honda wasn't thrown away in favaur of the BMW disaster. Brian |

27,000?, the only new car I've ever owned in my life was bought in 1996, a 2.2 Vtec Honda Accord in Pirates Black.............22,000 on the road, and bought from Springfield Honda in Shieldfield because of the inflexibility of the Rover salesman at Buist in Heaton regarding a deal on a new 620Ti At least both cars were made in the UK Brian |

Not quite sure where the £27k is coming from = Autocar says 30k.
That's the same as a Focus RS, but without the 4WD and a one second slower 0 to 60 time.

It doesn't really matter how it compares to the Focus, whereas the Civic is currently built in the UK, the Focus is built in Germany. Anyway, it made my ZT feel very dated, old, and slow, and the best bit, the fuel consumption was on par with a ZT diesel automatic. I was curious, nothing more, but at some point I will be getting serious as to what I'm going to be using as a daily car, because it wears a bit thin using a fifteen year old banger to cover 1000 miles per week.
