Hi there.
You look to have a half and half dashboard there?! The passenger vent and airbag look to be real wood, whilst the drivers side and instrument binnacle are the plastic dash. Clue is in the "Airbag" and the fit of the air vents. Real wood is just the stick on letters, the plastic dash has a stick on badge. Also the vents are flush on real wood. I have purchased and am waiting to fit the real wood dash to mine and you can really notice the difference in the depth of shine. I would recommend seeking out the instrument binnacle section in real wood to finish the job off. Derek

Filip,
thanks for posting the pictures. Yep it's LBB you have, Ash Grey & Light Smokestone interior. Not Deep Sea Green, but still very nice though. It looks very much to me like you have a hybrid real wood & plastic dash. The passenger airbag and passenger air vent sections look exactly like Real Burr Walnut (as you say the air vent surround is butted up to the wood). But the main large section of dash (with it's air vent gaps) looks just like my plastic wood dash. How your car came to have a plastic main section I really don't know, unless it is a replacement for the original real wood section. I have seen pictures of wood dashboards that have cracked and split, it's possible that the only type available in left hand drive at the time was a plastic one. This would be consistent with your car's VIN number which falls in the Real wood era. Have you had the car from new? |

I'm the third owner. The car spent its first year unsold and unregistered at a Rover dealer in Gothenburg, then it was sold to a company in Stockholm, then to a guy near Stockholm who then sold it to me.
OK so now i will ahve to source a real wood dashboard then! Or at least half of it

I have that exact combination in mine too. Mine is Seafrost Blue and apart from your gearknob as I still have the original Rover 'sports' one in, the interiors are identical. So comfortable isn't it ? |

I've just looked for my trim in the list: PPJ.
Doesn't seem to be listed. I have ash grey seats and carpets, with light oak 'wood'. I reckon the plastics will be smokestone, but it looks a bit too sandstone, even with the cars on the same drive I'm not sure! |

Hi Reebs.
Thought you might like an updated LRI trim pic to help enhance your excellent trim check thread. Now with oak steering wheel (think you may remember those posts ), oak gear knob, and full oak console trim kit. |

At a guess (cos I can't find any reference to it in the EPC), it would mean Red Alcantara suede with BLACK leather side bolsters not Ash Grey which would be WTA
Do the sides of your seats appear darker than the centre console and door cards? Do you have a bigger picture of your interior, (I know about the Aurora dash from over on .org) |
