A bic razor for the bobbles and Raceglaze Alcantara cleaner, nothing to beat it in my opinion.

For mine I used Astonish upholstery cleaner applied with a soft brush and then a dampened cloth to lift the foam. To finish, I used a hand held steamer. Brought the seats up lovely.
