Default FREE! Rover 75 Tourer 2.0 V6 Connoisseur SE

Hi guys.

So, after nearly four years, the time has come to let my dear old Connie go....

A starlight silver, Rover 75 Tourer 2.0 V6 Connoisseur SE.

She was the 96th 75 Tourer 2.0 V6 Connoisseur SE to be made out of only 108.

She needs a bit of work to get her through the now expired (2/5/19) MOT, but the car's a nice example with VERY good bodywork and an engine that's only done a bit over 74000 miles.

I can't bring myself to sell her for scrap, so I'd like her to go, buckshee, to a good home.

Here's the mechanical snag list:

There's a slow water leak coming from the pipe situated between the engine 'V', under the manifold.

The windscreen washer's not working.

The electric mirrors are not working.

The drivers door lock is only operable from the inside, which means you have to reach over from the rear door to open the driver's door.

The key needs new switches. The 'Unlock' switch works, but the 'Lock' switch doesn't. I have new switches but they need to be soldered in to the existing fob.

There's some noise coming from the front end, probably indicating extensive wear to either the wheel joints or the suspension system... Maybe both?

She'll probably need new discs & pads, maybe tyres too, sometime soon.

The car's stored in Battersea, South London.

If she's not gone in say, 8 days from today, I'll have to sell her for scrap.... Someone come and save her, please!!
