Default Chrome rubbing strips (or painted as can be stripped)

I am trying to find a set of chrome rubbing strips? you know the bit that runs along the length of the car...

I know I can strip of the paint on mine but would like to keep my originals too, either that could look at painted ones and stripping the paint off.

when i say upper i mean the rails that are waist high and go from boot-door-door-front wing on each side.......

lower are the two chrome strips that your feet hit getting in and out of the car and, one on each side and go the length of two doors?

i hope i sent you the ones you were after gt? let me know if not

I was looking on rimmers and got the names off there but I see now they call the lower and upper ones the same name

Basically it is the ones you said that run from bumper to bumper at waist height/door handle level....

talk about confusing!!!
