Between-below the two central air intakes on the top part of your dashboard there is a small thumbwheel, turn it toward the blue circle, that's on the right of the wheel I think.. That will allow cold air to come in from outside.

Before you turn the ATC off make sure the temperature is set low otherweise warm/hot air does leech out

I have got exactly the same problem. I think it's the powered screen vents that do not close. I used to be able to close them by switching it to screen and then off again a few times. That doesn't work now either. I don't think it's anything to do with the a/c, it's a mechanical problem with the screen vents stuck open. I've not found any solution yet other than having the a/c on and switched to screen to keep the air coming out cool. I've had it for a year now. I did post a thread last year about it. The 75 heating system is the worst design and hugely over complicated internally I have ever owned

Put A/c on Auto and set to a reasonable low or lowest temp setting. Turn of after about 30 seconds.
