Screen wash
Hi,
I'm having probes with my Rover 75, the screen wash has stopped working I've checked the fuses but it's quite dead. Thought about trying to clean it out but I can't hear the pump which I would have expected to still run even if it was clogged. Any suggestions please |

Yes. Take out the pump and clean it. They do get clogged up with sludge.
Easy to do.-- |

Follow the wires from the pump upwards into the wing area, they have been known to wear through 8-10” above the pump.

Hi Andrew. No take the bumper off and check the wiring how did you get to the pump to change it ? did you just peel back the wheel arch liner. You could do that also to check the wiring but with the bumper off you will a lot better access. Check the wiring for chaffing on the chassis arm too, and add some protective to stop it happening.
