Never met John or Mick and over the time I have frequented the site they have been a help to me (Mick was kind enough to touch some photos up for me), I have not always seen eye to eye with their views on ocassions and this has sometimes ended in a little banter and sometimes a little stronger but this is what forums are for.
I probably wont be going to look at the other site as I get enough from this one but if you see this Mick and John which I hope you do. I wish you well in everything you do and a safe journey through life.

No doubt they are looking at this forum - after all, you do not need to be a member to view it.
All clubs normally have something going on behind the scenes and breakaway groups. In an ideal World only 1 is needed but there again there are already 2 forums for the 75 and ZT.

I'm becoming a little concerned about the number of disappearing posts on this thread.
My e-mail tells me that posts are being made but seem to be vanishing as fast as they appear. It is making things even more confused than they are anyway and certainly doesn't help forum members understand what is going on, in my view. Last edited by Raistlin; 4th June 2010 at 18:13.. |

From reading Ambelsons I think I can suss out what has or is about to happen. On the basis that if it is what I think it is the news will spread rapidly so it would seem sensible to be open and up front about it rather than have people digging behind the scenes and spreading the word with the chinese whispers effect as it is retold - just a thought

This is all very sad. When senior staff are "let go" senior management usually ensure there is an agreed statement from both sides, if only to recognise all the hard work done in the past. I appreciate disagreements happen - (wasn't the club itself created from a breakaway group from the .Org site) - but if the Yahoo Users site is also still operating then it looks like we have 4 sites now working. Met John Dot Com at Gaydon this year - he had kindly sent me a small accessory without prior payment and I much appreciated Grey Ghost organising the Club Calendar. So thanks for that chaps.
