Default Can the speed indicator on the head unit be repositioned?

I installed a Navall double din head unit (mainly because I was not able to update my aged Sat Nav CD. The screen records the present legal speed limit in a red circle (also the car’s speed beside it) on the far left of the screen.

The iGo format must have be designed for European drivers as the position of this warning indicator better suits L H drivers.

My question is does anyone know whether this small warning indicator can be placed closer to the driver's line of sight, on the right side of the screen.

Bruce.
