Good Morning Insomniacs
I haven't had a bout like this for years. Don't know if it's all the excitement of the start of the new F1 season, the two large glasses of lovely Vino Tinto, the oversized plate of Chinese food I ate, or our new cat preferring our bed to her own, or even a combination of all four but I'm up and raring to go this morning.

That's me just back from watching the F1 Saturday Practise on BBC Red Button. Looks like the big guns are being out-gunned for the time being.
