All Tourer vins are mixed in with the saloons

My December 2001 registered tourer is a 236293 chassis number, it has the real wood and bullet mirrors, i wonder when that was built as in registered December so must have been built before that, the car is sorn however in one piece and stored.

I also have my every day rover 75 Tourer that chassis number 260944 fully operational car, fantastic car 260944. 311000 miles , still in top working order.

it would be interesting to know how many tourers are left against the saloons now in 2019

Thanks for that learned something new, i brought 260944 ( ordered it) and i picked it up on the 28/06/2002, i never knew it only come off the production line just 4 days before on the 24th june, i knew it was not a stock car,as i had it built to order but never knew it was that soon just four days from finish build fully road operational and the 945th over 1650 copperleaf tourers ever built in the first 1000 cars made.

good bit of kit that, also my 236 chassis number was built in December and registered in december, so much for stock piling built shipped out immediately by many accounts

260944 has never let me down in 311000 miles, and when you consider it was factory floor to road use in 4 days fantastic build quality and toughness, shes still on the same diesel pumps in the rear, and Diesel turbo and all the fuel injectors absolutely amazing! WHAT A CAR.
