Default Diesel emissions reading

Just got the car back from the mot, a pass with no advisories. The emission reading was zero drift 0.15, opacity 2.99, is this good bad or average?. I would wecome any opinions.

Seems pretty good to me, I have every single mot certificate for my 75 cdt and it passed every single mot with no advisories regarding emissions, it has only done 49,000 though, but the figures you have are not far from any of mine so I think you've done well tbh.
And as previously said ... it passed so there can't be much wrong with it eh!
If that's any help.

My car has done 65k but only 900 miles in the last year, and pre mot I was concerned that emissions regs had tightened up, but I will assume it is well within whatever margins apply.

Clean the egr valve and inlet manifold.

The most worthwhile job you can do for next to zero cost.

£1.49 in home bargains, oven cleaner in a bag , pop it in , leave over night and a lot cleaner so lower emissions

Air filter, pcv filter, de-coke manifold and egr, then... give it an 'Italian tune up'. haha.

Many thanks for the advice, I noticed on the mot certificate that the tester could not find the makers plate so new regs applied.
