Default 75 Tourer Hanbook Pack

Just a quick question. Can anyone tell me exactly what books etc would have been in the handbook pack of a 2005 Tourer, and should it have a plastic or leather wallet? Anyone selling a full pack let me know please.

Depends on spec (Highline sat nav) Etc, it would have had the plastic case as the leather ones were removed to save money.

I have a complete one that came with my Connie tourer, only opened it to look at it, in a plastic case, I put the lot in a new leather case.
