Pagid discs on mine and so far good braking.problem is that people don’t match the discs to the brake pads. They think that putting much harder pads on is just the job. It is if you want problems. Always match the discs and same make pads recommend for them. Problems are also caused by not standing the steel when made, outside to cure properly.
I would think that your problem Ian is a warped disc. Easy enough to check.

Well when I fitted these, they were ordered from eurocarparts along with the corresponding Pagid brake pads.

I won't be fitting these again..........ever

I wouldn't use them either, not when there's better available for the same price

Mind at least you got 10,000 miles out of them unlike the customers car I've just done where I had to change some almost new Juratec ones because they provided almost no braking effort at all, very scary

Fitted some decent quality ones and the braking effort is back to where it should be

I have had Pagid brake discs front & back on my 190 since 2013, and they have performed well, and are still giving good service, I wonder if somewhere along the line they changed supplier or manufacturer?

They were married up with genuine rover brake pads, pads have been changed since 2013, and the second set of pads i went with Delph.

The new acquisition will be having the brake discs & pads changed today front & back, discs will be Unipart, pads once again genuine Rover pads.

Pagid are owned by TMD Friction who were acquired by Nisshindo in 2011

Make of that what you will.

Pity Unipart are no longer supplying parts, and discs and pads are now getting hard to find.

To be honest the discs i took off did not look that bad and could be brought back into service easily with a bit of work, but will be for the scarp man when he passes this week.

Pads were bad
