Had a spare couple of hours to get my head around this trip and what is required as we are now 5 weeks away and I hadn't done anything.....

So, this is my list, please tell me what I've missed off

Thursday night hotel booked - Portland Hotel
Thursday night meal booked on list for Sandygate Hotel
Friday Eurotunnel - Ian sorting, paid
Hotel in Holland booked, email conf received, pay on arrival

Passport, Driving Licence, V5, Travel insurance all correct

Car insurance renewal 17th Aug so will make sure it includes Europe
Euro breakdown, cheapest quote for single trip 4 days £37.99 eurobreakdown.com but only up to 15yrs old (car registered Dec 2004)

Travel kit all bought or already have
Fire Ext, Breathalyser x 2, Jump leads, Torch x 2, First aid kit, high vis x 2, warning triangle. Number plates have GB on already.

Bulbs - what are the requirements here - 2 of each - tail light, side lights, brake lights, main beam, dipped beam???

I have MK2 Xenons, don't really want to buy spares. The others I have at least 1 of each from breaking a car previously - will that do?

Where is the lever on the MK2 lights to change it for driving on the "wrong" side of the road?

What have I missed

Stories are that you have had all your pockets sewn up.
