O/s/r brake light failed a few days ago and the replacement last only a few minutes.

Went out again today (in a balmy 6C) and replaced it again. All good so far.

Changed the dip beam bulb in the ZT yesterday, today I shovelled the snow from the drive, got the ramps out and removed the exhaust from the Connie.

I then split the front pipe from the rest of the system, snipped through the braiding on the flexi, and carefully after taking a couple of measurements and scribing a datum line to aid refitting of the new flexi, hacksawed the remnants of the old flexi off the ppework.

A bit of fettling with the grinder to remove the old welds and a test fit, before hypothermia set in.

Exhaust stowed away, and a hot shower before tea, if it's dry tomorrow, a seam weld around the new flexi and refit to the car

Fitted these very cheap but sympathetic exhaust nozzles /the bumper layout & chrome trim awaits warmer weather/:

Aligned back camera, net cover speaker grill and John Jr. in place /tomorrow will be a screwdriver & cleaning play /

Still trying to remove the driver side wishbone balljoint. Used a long bar/pivot method to try remove balljoint from subframe as hitting with large hammer, dropping from height etc did nothing. With the bar, managed to remove the wishbone but left half of the balljoint behind in the subframe!! Have now ordered a chunky balljoint/bearing puller/seperator kit as have nothing else to try!!
