Minesweeper or minehunter.
Technically I think you are looking at a minehunter of the Hunt class. It looks as though it is in Pembroke awaiting disposal but was formally in the Scottish Squadron possibly Mine Counter Measures 3. I believe that Sir G is also up for disposal

True enough, you wont find them at Snowshill. Those ladies are recognised all over the world. If I remember right, they've even been in a few BBC documentaries.

I think Chaffinches are one of my favorite bird, funny to watch them jump about. Where did you thake that photo Pete?- Garden/country side/reserve?

Great one with the two Robins & Blue Titmouse (swear filter avoided!)Pete. It's always strange to see Robins on anything other than flat feeding surfaces. It's only recently that we've noticed them starting to cling to fat balls and nut feeders.
