Default I'm angry, am I being mislead?

From Nextbase web site
We recommend the SanDisk brand of card, at least class 10.
web page is
Emails from Nextbase
"The wrong type of card can cause all sorts of issues in the camera.
San Disk actually void the warranty on their cards if they are used in dash cams"
"Unfortunately, that SD card isn't designed for use in dashcams"
I know they say san and not scan but I put this down to a typing error.
Type of memory card
The SD card is a Scan Disk 128gb, gold and red in colour and I’m sure it is class 10

I will be contacting both scandisk and nextbase by phone very soon

just been on to sandisk effing dyslexia, I thought it was scan not san, what a fool I have been.
anyway they advise that the red and gold is not "right" and I should use the white High endurance disk, however the problems they say I could have with a red and gold card is not a problem I'm having. My problem is my camera keeps saving footage even though the parking mode and G sensor are turned off.

wow Nextbase customer service, fantastic.
They are going to send me 2 64 gb cards FOC for my 2 dash cams and in time as they are out of stock hope to be able to send me 2 128gb cards as I have 128gb.

Both Sandisk and Nextbase have today over the phone given me excellent customer service and I cant praise the two ladies enough.

For Christmas I was given a san disk 64gb micro SD card and when I tried it on my MacBook Pro to view dash cam footage, it flashed up as being suitable only for Android. I reformatted and it made no difference. I gave the card away to a relative who uses Android devices.

A few days ago, I brought out a load of dash cams from the UK in my hand luggage and each of them had an “Extreme” san disk micro SD card 32gb. I find 32 gb is enough for recording things on a loop. What I like about the “extreme cards” is how they are designed for action and drone camera use, basically they have to be able to cope with the numbers of turning the device on and off before they start to fail or show errors and be capable of giving the same high performance per use with smooth video in HD or 4K

The san disk website shows the names/locations of genuine resellers.

Some dash cameras recommend not to use san disk.

If the card plays up, try High Endurance, speaking with san disk these are better but I have Extreme. A mine field of cards
