Default Daft Comment Treated Seriously

I always find it funny when a silly comment on a site is treated as serious and generates several more serioius replies.

On a video on youtube a small aircraft has to belly land as the undercarriage had failed. The emergency services sprayed a load of foam on the runway taking about seven minutes to do so. Finally the aircraft comes in and plops short of the said foam and luckily, no injuries occurred.

I asked in the comments if they could use the foam again; I have been reliably assured that they cannot. I have expressed surprise as I have had a piece of foam in my bathroom for a couple of years.

Some people are really so serious.

Bad flying in my book that is, the foam was provided and the pilot missed it, pointless putting the foam down then.

No can't re-use the foam.

Try commenting on a dashcam video, where a car (invariably a bmw, Audi or range rover) cuts across someone on the motorway, with 'he had his indicator on, he had the right of way'. That really gets them going lol

BMW drivers, some are okay but most are morons.

I was cut up by one last week in a very nice 5 series (didn't deserve the car).
