OBDII problem
I have a tablet running Torque Pro, I connect using a bluetooth OBD adaptor, everything connects OK.
Problem, I get no coolant temperature data (reports as -40), the coolant sensor is not listed in the Torque adaptor settings as available from the cars ECU. I have two OBD adaptors and both give the same result. Strange thing is that during one of my many attempts I did get coolant temp. The cars disgnostics do show the coolant temp OK so the sender should be fine. Any ideas, other owners don't seem to have this problem. Rover 75 1.8 auto on a 52 plate. Thanks. Pete. |

May sound daft but have you tried running the app on another android device, other than your tablet?
Is the setup working on other cars? Give it a try to see what you get, to try and narrow down the issue. I can't say i have had this issue. Only hope otherwise may be to see what answers you get on the Torque forum. |

I seem to be the only person around here (who I know well enough to ask) with an Android device or a suitable vehicle .
I have some friends coming over next week who have both, I will have to wait until then. |

Tried on a 2000 Picasso 1.8 petrol, even less data
I need to find somebody with a Android tablet or phone. I guess it is possible I have two OBDII faulty adaptors. |
